 Annual Cowgirl Soiree

Red Roof Ranch - 11:00 AM

This is a day for the ladies to come together and celebrate our COWGIRL SPIRIT with the added bonus of being served and pampered by professional local cowboys and ranchers.

9/13/23

Twin Cities Cattle Drive

 6:00 PM

This year's cattle drive will start at Cooper and Bridge Street in Yuba City. The drive will travel East on Bridge St.  over the 5th Street Bridge to D Street in Marysville, then turn right on First Street and end up at the Cotton Rosser Arena in Riverfront Park.  See first hand, longhorn steers being herded by cowboys on horse back like they did in the old Western days along with wagons, rodeo queens and more!   You won't want to miss it.

Marysville Stampede Kick Off Party

  

Friends of the Marysville Stampede are proud to announce  Geweke Ford/Kia is the official truck sponsor of this year's Marysville Stampede.  Thanks  to the Gewke family, the annual Marysville Stampede  Kick Off Party will be held at the Geweke Ford dealership at 871 E. Onstott in Yuba City. This is also a Business After Hours event hosted by the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce. Come out and enjoy food, fun and rodeo entertainment as we kick off the 88TH Annual Marysville Stampede!

Sodbusters
 

 

6:00 PM - Midnight

The Annual Sodbusters will be held at the Riverfront Park/Cotton Rosser Pavillion.  This event is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Marysville with all proceeds benefiting local community service projects.  Sodbusters includes a New York steak dinner, auction and then dance the night away under the stars by the Feather River to a live band.

89th  Annual Marysville Stampede
Patriot Day

5:00 PM (gates open at 3:00PM)

The 88th  Annual Marysville Stampede kicks off at Riverfront Park/Cotton Rosser Pavillion. This is Patriot Day where all active duty military personnel, veterans and first responders get in free with ID card or badge. The Rodeo will include all PRCA Sanctioned events that you see in a typical rodeo. But in addition to the usual rodeo faire, you will see performances that are geared just for children, which include, the announcement of the Appeal-Democrat Coloring Contest, a Coin Dig wherein local kids can come into the arena and dig for silver coins, and of course everyone’s favorite, the Mutton Bustin’. The Rodeo will also include the American Flag being delivered prior to the National Anthem by parachute, Kent Lane, who will parachute into the arena with the American Flag floating behind him.

This is Tough Enough to Wear Pink Day.Show your support of breast cancer awareness and  wear pink to the rodeo to receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win a pair of Justin Boots or many other great prizes. The event schedule will be the same as Saturday's rodeo
